Natural life style is a Registered Public Charitable Trust whose purpose is medicine free world.\u00a0 Our history is 150 years old and this knowledge of Nature Cure has been going on through the Master \u2013 disciple tradition.\u00a0 Ach. K. Lakshmana Sarma (1879-1965) laid the foundation of scientific Nature Cure in India. He spread this science for around 50 years till 1965 and he further \u00a0mentored Acharya Sheshadri Swaminathan Ji\u00a0 to continue the work of curing the masses through Nature Care. Hundreds of people got miraculously cured forever by following his teachings and many of them became his dedicated followers. He chose his foremost disciple Acharya Sh. Mohan Gupta to further his mission who accepted this challenge in the service of humanity.<\/p>

Contrary to the general perception, disease is the process of internal self cleansing or purification or detoxification of the body initiated by the vital power within. In this process, the body wants to clean itself through cold, cough, fever, loose motion, acne, vomiting, body aches, pain etc. but on the contrary we wrongly name them and treat them as \u201cDiseases\u201d because they give us discomfort. When our body becomes unclean internally because of the wastes accumulated in our body, the vital energy of our body sends signals to us to clean the body in the form of cold, cough, fever, loose motion, acne, vomiting, body aches, pain etc.<\/p>

Further when we suppress these signals not once but many times by taking any type of external medicines the body creates bigger diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Kidney stone, Joints pains, Thyroid,\u00a0 Heart disease, Asthma etc.<\/p>
