We are searching for an experienced ,task oriented Front Office Receptionist.The ideal candidate is highly self motivated,professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast pace environment.When our health seekers walk into our office,we want them to find a friendly,smiling face and a helping hand.
- Coordinating executive communication through phone calls,emails and interacting with our In house staff ,volunteers and health seekers.
- The candidate should be proficient in both English and Hindi language.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and our other volunteers.
- Should be able to manage multitasking
- Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
- Hands-on 2+ years working experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
- Advance Microsoft Office skills with an ability to become familiar with our specific programmes and software.
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good EXCEL skills
- Strong organizational, project management and problem solving skills with impeccable multi tasking abilities
