Job Profile:

We are searching for an experienced ,task oriented Front Office Receptionist.The ideal candidate is highly self motivated,professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast pace environment.When our health seekers walk into our office,we want them to find a friendly,smiling face and a helping hand.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating executive communication through phone calls,emails and interacting with our In house staff ,volunteers and health seekers.
  • The candidate should be proficient in both English and Hindi language.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and our other volunteers.
  • Should be able to manage multitasking
  • Typing speed of at least 70 WPM

Requirements:

  • Hands-on 2+ years working experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills with an ability to become familiar with our specific programmes and software.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Good EXCEL skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem solving skills with impeccable multi tasking abilities
