Job Responsibilities

  1. Patient Evaluation & Treatment

    • Evaluate patients and provide appropriate naturopathic treatments for various illnesses and injuries.

    • Prescribe and administer naturopathic therapies and applications.

    • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions as per organizational policies and procedures.

  2. Supervision & Compliance

    • Supervise therapists and medical assistants to ensure adherence to all applicable medical and institutional regulations.

    • Monitor treatment quality and maintain high standards of patient care.

  3. Residential Care

    • Take care of residential health seekers admitted in the 20-bedded Nature Cure / Naturopathy Hospital located on the premises.

    • Be present and actively participate in 4-day residential health events organized monthly or bi-monthly in Delhi and NCR.

  4. Wellness & Support Activities

    • Conduct Yoga and Meditation sessions for in-house patients.

    • Handle hand-holding calls to support and guide patients throughout their treatment journey.

    • Identify and help resolve workplace or patient-related issues promptly and professionally.


Requirements

  • Education: Degree in BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) recognized by UGC

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience

  • License: Valid state medical license

  • Preferred: Previous clinical experience as a primary care provider

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordination & Communication

    • Coordinate with Acharya Ji, Pooja Ji, and office staff to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.

    • Liaise with the NLS Core Volunteer Team to address their queries and coordinate necessary work.

    • Maintain regular follow-up with employees to track the progress and completion of assigned tasks.

  2. Event & Camp Management

    • Oversee preparation for monthly 4-day camps, meetings, and other events.

    • Assign duties and responsibilities to office staff as per instructions from Acharya Ji and Pooja Ji.

    • Prepare and maintain checklists for all events and ensure timely follow-up for task completion.

    • Arrange logistics for meetings, camps, and event sessions.

    • Make travel arrangements for management and team members participating in events.

    • Participate and coordinate during 4-day residential camps held in Delhi or outside.

  3. Administrative Support

    • In the absence of the stock in-charge, handle inventory management (In–Out records).

    • Manage and organize data records and office documentation.

    • Ensure timely mail management, including tagging, responding, and disposing of all received emails.

    • Attend and manage incoming phone calls from team members, clients, and health seekers.

    • Place online orders through Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms as required.

  4. Digital & Team Coordination

    • Manage and operate Google Workspace tools including Google Sheets (with formulas), Docs, Drive, Forms, Calendar, Tasks, and Keep.

    • Coordinate online meetings using Zoom and Google Meet.

    • Collaborate with internal teams such as Calling, Medical, Social Media, IT, and Admin, as well as with vendors, agencies, donors, and partners for smooth execution of organizational activities.

    • Work closely with volunteer team members to foster a trusting, inclusive, and efficient environment.

  5. Additional Responsibilities

    • Work on Sundays (weekly off on Wednesdays).

    • Report and carry out any additional tasks assigned by the management or undersigned.


Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in MIS, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator roles.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms, Calendar, Tasks, Keep).

    • Experience with Zoom, Google Meet, and email correspondence.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi for professional communication and email handling.

    • Ability to interact confidently with national and NRI health seekers.

  • Social Media Knowledge: Exposure to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp is preferred.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Residence within 45 minutes of the head office at Saraswati Vihar, Delhi.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Cash & Payments Management

    • Handle and maintain cash transactions and online payments.

    • Process and make payments for expense vouchers.

    • Ensure all utility bill payments (electricity, mobile, internet, TDS, credit card, etc.) are made on time.

  2. Accounting Entries & Records

    • Record all sales and purchase entries in Busy Accounting Software.

    • Maintain bank records accurately and up to date.

    • Maintain cash and donation registers (manually or in Excel).

  3. Statutory Compliance

    • Process ESI/EPF payments and share data with consultants.

    • Provide TDS and GST return data to Senior Accountant, Mr. Ravinder.

  4. Salary & Payroll

    • Prepare the salary sheet and process salary payments to employees.

  5. Renewals & Periodic Dues

    • Ensure timely renewal of all periodic dues such as:

      • Internet subscriptions

      • Fixed deposits

      • Property lease agreements

      • Vehicle insurance, etc.

  6. Financial Oversight

    • Supervise any automatic bank payments made for social media, HR, or other services, ensuring they have proper management approval and authorized usage.

    • Report immediately any direct or indirect financial discrepancies or losses noticed in books or in physical form.

    • Do not make any payment without management approval.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Busy)

Broad Job Description 

We are looking for a Manager to take charge of the operations of NLS to ensure that there is an overall coordination and improved productivity.  

Will oversee all human resources and administrative aspects of the organisation.  

Should possess good communication and negotiation skills.    

He will be the one to ensure that we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone in our “team of employees” and “team of volunteers” works to realize our established mission of enabling “Medicine Free Life” to the world.  

Detailed Responsibilities  

  • He will manage all assignments and do needful arrangements related to management and booking of events of the organisation. The events include 4 days Residential camp events held in Delhi in hotels / Resorts or one day special events held in Delhi or outside Delhi from time to time. 
  • To manage all our departmental teams like calling, medical, social media, IT, and admin. 
  • Should have good negotiation skills to deal with the suppliers of materials to fetch the best price along with the right quality of products.   
  • He will be responsible to deal with all the issues related to building maintenance and ensure that all the areas like lift, main office area, furniture, patient rooms, kitchen area are properly maintained and also any related complaint is timely resolved. 
  • He will do the needful to handle any repairs, problems related to IT equipment.  
  • He will also see and monitor the billing and charges related to all periodical payments related to social media, IT section like Zoom billing, Internet billing, stock videos billing etc and to do the needful to determine their logical use and value paid.   
  • He will also resolve any issues or problems if any being faced related to the stay of in house patients.  
  • To oversee the HR function of recruitment and selection of employees as per the requirements of the organisation. 
  • He will be responsible to purchase any furniture or any fixed asset required in the premises at the best possible quality and rate.
