Returns & Refunds

All the products we offer are non-returnable due to various reasons.
All your claims regarding dissatisfaction from the products received or shortage of quantity received must be lodged or intimated through our email email@example.com within 2 days from the date of delivery of products to you. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the time you notify us.
Replacement Policy :
In case the product is damaged or defective, we will replace it.
Due to the delicate nature of certain items, we will not be able to replace certain breakable items like clay tawa, Clay Handi etc. so book these items at your own risk and responsibility.
The products are eligible for free replacement only in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a replacement.
This policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since the day you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.
